Eclipse Runtime Binary

Hello! I'm not sure if I'm posting to right place, but..
I think that Eclipse Runtime Binary profile should be in catalog, because for some plugins (like TeXlipse), you don't need all that Java stuff, for example.

That's an interesting suggestion. We can certainly add a new bare bones profile that does not include all the "extra" IDE stuff for eclipse and uses the Platform Runtime Binary. It will need to wait until a Pulse release as we have some work we'd need to do to get it to work.

I have created an internal request to get this in as soon as possible
