Pulse 3 Updated!

We have released a new version of Pulse 3 that includes numerous bug fixes and improvements including easier support for Intranet update sites for users who have issues with corporate proxies blocking easy access to the sites.

In addition to improved support for update sites, Pulse 3's update released today includes performance improvements for accessing information across multiple servers including multi-threaded download of update site meta, improved speed and reliability when checking for update sites for profiles, and a new support bundle service.

When you are working in the Pulse forums with a given complex issue, Pulse now has the ability to automatically upload key logs and configuration files from your Pulse install (you are always given an opportunity to review the file first). To take advantage of this service, you can use the "Lifesaver" button in the About This Profile section when you are looking at a profile in the Pulse Explorer. Note that for the automatic uploading of support bundles, this should typically be done as part of an ongoing forum issue as opposed to a first request for assistance. Thanks!
