Unfortunately it looks like eUML2 is a commercial product. Genuitec, the company behind Pulse, will freely allow any non-commercial software to be added to the Pulse catalog. However, for commercial software we want to respect the branding and licensing of the plugins author. If you want it to be included you will need to ask the author to contact us.

You can always add the update site yourself and use the software. We just cannot list it without a signed agreement with the author.

I guess I misunderstood: my interpretation is that they have 2 versions; the "free" one is OK for "commercial developments"; why cant you carry it?
